All information will be kept strictly confidential by me. No oral or written information will be shared with third parties, unless with your knowledge and consent.

 

Email and internet

Regular email communication, for example for making appointments, takes place via normal internet connections. Confidential reports are sent encrypted via Protonmail encryption and NordVPN.

 

Data storage

Client data is not stored in the Cloud but is stored decentrally and securely. Invoices are sent digitally using Jortt accounting software, which stores contact details according to the highest cloud security standards.

Paper documents are stored in a closed archive.
